The counselling sessions are primarily delivered to the segment of young professionals with a specific focus at their talented Investment Managers (age 28-35). At each session, the individual will be heard and challenged about personal ambitions, goalsetting and connection between their professional and private life.


The overall purpose is to create an awareness of the person’s sense of direction, helping with prioritizations, setting up personal and professional action-points and hold the employee accountable as an independent partner. We see this collaboration as a good example of how we can benefit both the individual and the organization at the same time.


The amount of counselling session is set to approximately 4-8 times a year with the possibility to discuss urgent matters both privately and professionally in between.
