INDIVIDUALS is a people consultancy founded in Copenhagen, Denmark, yet operating on a global scope. We established a subsidiary in Shanghai in early 2019 and are managing projects in Europe, China and South East Asia. Our experience is based on thousands of assessments and 1:1 sessions with the most talented and ambitious professionals around the world. We are present in high performing industries and support larger corporations as well as SMEs.

Johan Hygum Hillers
Co-founder & CEO
Johan has a clear ambition with INDIVIDUALS. He wants to connect the most ambitious, curious and talented people – young professionals to senior executives – from the Nordics to the rest of the world.
Johan works with clients from Maersk to PensionDanmark and Magnusson Law Firm. He also runs our mentor programs in Shanghai.

Co-founder & Consultant
Andreas has worked with clients such as Maersk Management Consulting, RiskPoint and Business Hub Copenhagen. He has a lot of experience from the legal industry as he has been working with several organizations and people from law firms in Copenhagen. Andreas currently has a full-time role in Bech-Bruun Law Firm as project coordinator in their Education Department.
He has a BBA in Business Administration and is a former athlete in elite football. Today he has more than one thousand sessions with young professionals, emerging leaders and entrepreneurs at his CV.
Line Bertheussen 王彧茹
Partner & Managing Director, China & South East Asia
With 15 years of experience in the Chinese business environment covering management consulting, executive search, recruitment, personality assessment and coaching, and previous experience in local companies, Line can support both sides of the table. From young professionals to middle-management and senior managers with coaching, China business experience, cultural understanding and a network of great people.
Lasse Dam Jørgensen
Partner & Operation Lead
Lasse is responsible for building the INDIVIDUALS organization, project managing and ensure daily operations run smoothly. He leads our business from sales and marketing to developing scalable processes.
With a specific focus in the optimization of organizations, Lasse supports clients as VICE Media, MENU A/S, Magnusson Law Firm and several small businesses with administration, HR-support and business development.
Andreas von der Recke
Partner & Consultant
His focus is always on helping companies adapt to the changing demands of the workforce and markets. His role is typically as a strategic thinker, sharp observer and coordinator, and he is a natural in spotting patterns and being attentive to broad and deep perspectives and effects. Currently, Andreas is working as an educational consultant in a large Danish law firm, and is co-driving major and minor projects in parallel.
In 2017, Andreas co-authored a book on career preferences, thoughts and behaviour of the young generations of the workforce and has since held more than 100 key notes, workshops and everything in between for leaders of a variety of industries.
Christina L. H. Sauerberg
Christina helps clients with different recruitment and HR processes. Her daily work consists of finding and attracting new competent and qualified talents to fulfil the specific needs of our clients.
With the particular focus on recruitment and HR processes, Christina supports GroupM Denmark and Signifly, where she is a part of their Talent Teams.

INDIVIDUALS exists to power initiatives that aim to develop and support organizations’ talents.
We are curious to create and frame the good work that strengthens the conditions for talents’ performance and well-being. We believe that good work shows when you acknowledge both aspects of the relationship between the individual and the surroundings they are involved in.
We operate within the landscape of ‘The Talent Ecosystem Model’ that is designed to address and solve as many aspects as possible about how to develop and manage talents.
The model function as the link between everyday life in the organization and the overall corporate strategy.
