What motivates you, what are your dreams and do you have a plan on how to achieve them? Our Young Professionals Mentorship Program (YPM) aims to help you to reflect on your professional development and set ambitious, actionable goals for your career.
The program will provide you with strong perspectives and concrete action points, which can ensure that you sharpen your motivation, move forwards constantly and strengthen your career plan.
We will not only challenge you but nudge you to consider where you are heading and how to get there.
The short answer is this: because development matters. It matters for you on a personal level, as it supports your motivation and enjoyment at work. It matters to your employer, as the development of employees is a key factor in retaining you. It matters because it enables you to present a consistent image of yourself that goes beyond what can be read from your CV.
It is a unique opportunity to expand your network and meet like-minded young professionals locally and worldwide. Our program gives you the chance to engage and build relations with highly successful and inspirational mentors from large corporations based in your city.
Through exercises, conversations and the creation of a personality profile, INDIVIDUALS will be able to establish a viable starting point for your programme. The counselling session allows you to articulate and cultivate your thoughts and aspirations on your career, professional capabilities, tough decisions for the future and your personal development.
After the initial counselling session with INDIVIDUALS, you will be assigned a mentor. The assignment of the mentor is based on your personal goals and the findings in the initial session. Networking arrangements throughout the year provide the opportunity to hear from the other participants in the programme in an informal setting.
- All nationalities are welcome to join the program.
- Minimum 1 year working experience after studies.
- Mentees are typically between 25-33 of age but it is not a criterion.
- Mentees should be determined and ambitious with their professional career.
- Once signed-up for the program we expect openness and full commitment.

The workshops will help you articulate and reflect on your own self-image in relation to others. It will give you vital insights in the other mentees careers such as; how they measure success, how they overcome obstacles and what motivates them. This will give you the perspective that is needed to increase your own self-awareness.
