Our service is the perfect add-on to existing HR processes in an organization. We are an independent extension to what HR is already doing – making people strive in the organization. We support the initiatives and direction in the company – it is therefore important for us to understand the bigger picture before we kickstart our partnership.
We provide a confidential and independent room where people can focus on their own needs, challenges, and wishes outside their everyday corporate context.

WHAT WE OFFER
1:1 session: The session is a confidential space for the employees to focus on their own needs, challenges, and desires outside their everyday corporate context. The session will strengthen their self-awareness and help them find meaning and purpose in what they do.
Network: We have like-minded young professionals and mentors that we connect people with once we get to know them. We only connect people if we assess that it will be valuable for both parties.
Workshop: We facilitate workshops with different characters typically addressing the challenges we have identified through the 1:1 session. Our purpose is to bring the dynamics and perspectives created at the 1:1 session into a group level.

We offer an introduction session, to a handful of employees within the organization. The purpose of these sessions is to get to know each other and clarify needs and desires. The employee will also be introduced to our method and how they can use us as an independent sparring partner.
After the introduction sessions the organization will have the chance of evaluating with those employees who have had the introduction session and see if they find it valuable. We afterward evaluate with decisionmakers, what the next step is and how the setup could be unfolded in the team, organization or internal developing program.
SETUP IN THE COMPANY
There different ways to use our service internally in the organization depending on the purpose:
1. An offer to a specific team or department, to get a 1:1 session with INDIVIDUALS.
2. An offer to specific employees, that the company wishes to acknowledge, develop and retain.
3. An add-on to an already existing or planned talent/developing program in the company focusing on personal development.

BOOKING & MEETING
We suggest that people book their 1:1 session directly with us to avoid going through a third party.
Our experience is that people prefer to meet at our offices, but it is possible to meet at your office or wherever the individual find it suitable.
Unless we have agreed otherwise with each individual, the specific subjects and content discussed at the 1:1 session is strictly confidential. The reason is, that the magnitude of the value we as an independent partner can provide to the individual and our partners deeply relies on a 100% confidentiality between us and the individual we are working with.
However, it will be possible for our partners to use us as a provider of general insights and recommendations based on our gained knowledge through the 1:1 session from your own organization and other clients.
We strive to make the partnership with our clients as flexible as possible. Meaning, that our relationship with our clients is built on trust and having a continuous dialogue on how to develop our partnership.
If the people, you as a company send by our office, do not find it valuable to continue, we will be the first to acknowledge our limitations. We do not need a formal contract in order to live up to that statement.
The organization only pays per 1:1 session and not for small conversations, advice or being connected with our network in between the 1:1 sessions.
Every month we accumulate how many 1:1 session we have had with people from your organization and the invoice will be sent with 30 days
