Development Sessions are a one to one session in a neutral environment, where our consultant explores the current situation and future needs with the employee. In an open and unbiased atmosphere, we explore development needs and strategy with the individual, and follow up on progress.

Looking at the individual needs, we help increase motivation and encourage professional growth. This “coaching-light” solution can be deployed within the organization when needed to ensure sound levels of motivation and retention.

DELIVERABLES

1. DISCUSSION

As part of the company benefits or development program, selected talents can book a 1:1 session with the consultant, sitting down for a 1-1.5 hour session. Allowing for a confidential discussion about current challenges and opportunities. Sometimes a boost session can be just what an individual needs to gain motivation to fully apply him or herself in the role.

2. PLAN

Sometimes it is helpful to simply talk about the issues with someone outside of the organization. We provide specific advice for areas that the individual can work on as well as tools and methods for how to improve in different selected areas. Working together with the talent we can support with a plan for how to develop within the role and look forward to the next step within the organization.

3. FOLLOW-UP CALL

We know from experience that the hardest part about personal development is sticking to the plan and taking actions. We therefore as part of our development session schedule a follow-up call in order to held people accountable to what they have agreed upon. This ensures that our clients take actions on their development plan and makes the necessary corrections to the plan if needed.
