Johan has a clear ambition with INDIVIDUALS. He wants to connect the most ambitious, curious and talented people – young professionals to senior executives – from the Nordics to the rest of the world.
Johan works with clients from Maersk to PensionDanmark and Magnusson Law Firm. He also runs our mentor programs in Shanghai.
Lasse is responsible for building the INDIVIDUALS organization, project managing and ensure daily operations run smoothly. He leads our business from sales and marketing to developing scalable processes.
With a specific focus in the optimization of organizations, Lasse supports clients as VICE Media, MENU A/S, Magnusson Law Firm and several small businesses with administration, HR-support and business development.
Andreas Kamper has worked with clients such as Maersk Management Consulting, RiskPoint and Business Hub Copenhagen. He has a lot of experience from the legal industry as he has been working with several organizations and people from law firms in Copenhagen. Andreas currently has a full-time role in Bech-Bruun Law Firm as project coordinator in their Education Department.
Andreas has a BBA in Business Administration and is a former athlete in elite football. Today he has more than one thousand sessions with young professionals, emerging leaders and entrepreneurs at his CV.
His focus is always on helping companies adapt to the changing demands of the workforce and markets. He has spent the better part of six years starting and building the consultancy YoungConsult with expertise in consulting medium and large-sized enterprises on attracting, developing and retaining employees. This has given vast experience in organizational consulting work. His role is typically as a strategic thinker, sharp observer and coordinator, and he is a natural in spotting patterns and being attentive to broad and deep perspectives and effects. Currently, Andreas is working as an educational consultant in a large Danish law firm, and is co-driving major and minor projects in parallel.
In 2017, Andreas co-authored a book on career preferences, thoughts and behaviour of the young generations of the workforce and has since held more than 100 key notes, workshops and everything in between for leaders of a variety of industries.
