IBM Denmark is focussing dedicatedly on the development of their young employees. That is why they have created an annual talent programme for the brightest 2% of the students working in IBM Denmark. The name of the programme is IBM Elite Student Program, and the purpose of it is to nurture the best talents, by presenting them for special challenges and opportunities in IBM. The challenges are developed at a management level and the solutions the talents compile will likewise be presented to a management team within IBM Denmark.
With the programme, IBM Denmark provides their young employees a chance to enhance their personal development, while striving to solve the management’s challenges and as a team deliver up to management level. The deep-rootedness of the programme at management level is unique for IBM Denmark, as well as across the sector.
INDIVIDUALS have been part of the talented team in 2016/17, and we have just taken part in the kick-starting of them new 2017/18-team. Our task is to secure the right conditions for every participant’s development, both on an individual and team-level. In relation to this, INDIVIDUALS has facilitated preliminary interviews with each participant, alongside a joint workshop with a focus on self-awareness and teamwork.
