The management team in Region Sjælland’s Shared Services, asked for INDIVIDUALS’ advice, during the implementation of its new leadership strategy. The main priority was to achieve shared ownership of the strategy. In that situation, it is essential to strengthen the understanding of each leader’s role and preferred direction, in order to establish a solid management team in the years to come.
INDIVIDUALS’ focus was to make every leader in the team aware of the motivators and goals that drive them in their daily work. The purpose of this focus on the individual was to create the right conditions for making everyone able to articulate their individual preferences in front of their peers, in a workshop facilitated by INDIVIDUALS. The result was an in-depth understanding of each other’s strengths and weaknesses, along with a strong sustain of the leaders’ belief in the team’s ability to reach new levels through the implementation of the new strategy.
